Envimo - Forgot your PIN?

Open Envimo APP

Sign in with Username (Same as the one from AP21)

Eg. Michaelz

After you type your username and click on the tick

It will prompt you for your password. If unsure, you can click on “Request new PIN”

This will ask you for your username again – Ensure this is typed in correctly.

Once you input your username and click on the tick button you should receive the following message:

“Temporary PIN sent”

This will email you a temporary PIN to your nominated email address (2-5mins)

Once you get the temporary PIN

Sign in again, once you type in your username and your temporary password.

If correct, you will be prompted a successful login.

Here you will need to add the temporary password

And add your new PIN twice and then click on “Change PIN”

If correct, you get a prompt

“Change PIN Successful”
