Myer returns from a Myer location where we have no Aquila concession store
If this has been sent to your Myer store and is current season and you sell that style in your pad, please email Nic@aquila.com.au with the Style, Colour and Size so he can adjust this back onto your system. If not sold, please send back to WAREHOUSE (without transferring on the system)
Please send an email to warehouse@aquila.com.au with courier information, and reason for transfer.
Online purchase
If an online purchase was returned to your Myer store or sent to your Myer store, If current season and you carry that style in your pad please email Nic@aquila.com.au with the Style, Colour and Size and he will adjust this back onto your system. If not please send it back to WAREHOUSE (without transferring on the ENVIMO system)

Myer store purchase
If this was returned to your Myer store and processed through the MYER POS at your location as a return in their system. This can go back into your stock. Please note that the return will take 1x business day for it to show in your back-office stock on hand.
**If the stock doesn't show up after 2x days, please email Nic@aquila.com.au and support@aquila.com.au and provide the details of the product, colour, size and unit count.
