Myer OFF-RANGE Process - The issue with using this code is that when its used you are still showing for the actually Item you have sold, understanding this is only used when items are not scanning correctly in the Myer POS.
Its very important that you let @Mary Wiesa know immediately when there is an issue with an item not scanning in the MYER POS. So you are all aware, Mary is in charge of uploading Aquila Product into Myer and she needs to be notified immediately if items do not scan, your help is Paramount.
As you cannot adjust stock on the Envimo (This function is coming within the next few months) the area mangers have been writing off this stock by transferring to an AP-21 store and writing off there, to make it easier I am proposing the following:
Anytime the Myer off-range code is used, please note the following down on your laptop
- Date
- Style
- colour
- size
- price
Once a week on a Friday these styles are to be emailed to @Mary Wiesa and Cc: @Nick to manually adjust these items from head office, linking them to Off-Range use. By us doing this it will ensure all Myer stores will have accurate stock and be replenished accordingly resulting in more $$$ for stores.
I have also attached a template that you can save on your desktop to keep track when off-range code has been used.
