Issue 1.
- Cannot scan some barcodes
It seems only inverted barcodes cannot be scanned using the Envimo device (Black background with white lines)
Workaround
- You can type in the number of that product instead of scanning it when you need to transfer it out.
Issue 2.
- When transferring products - App crashes when you select products by searching by name (Only some)
Workaround
- Please scan the product barcode instead of using the search function
- If barcode is not available, obtain barcode from a main store and you will need to type in the barcode manually.
Issue 3.
- Transfer duplicating

When you process a store-to-store transfer and you are about to finalise it, you must ensure you only click on “Complete Transfer” ONCE
Issue 4.
- Some stores have transfer stuck in Envimo transfer out view
Solution
- Reach out to Aquila support support@aquila.com.au with the following
Transfer number, date of transfer and as much information as possible.
Issue 5.
- Stock adjustments – Unable to correct store stock
Solution
- AP21 will be making this feature available in the second half of the year
Resolved
- When transferring and scanning barcodes, sometimes 2x units appeared

- A system update was applied to fix this issue.
