If your PC isn't showing stock from other branches or
if you cannot view customers from other branches please check if AP21 is ONLINE.
Look for the green online icon in AP21 in the top right corner.
If green, close AP21 and check again.
If it displays offline,
Check to see if your CATO VPN is connected - Look for the green icon near the clock;
If your icon is orange,
Right click on the icon and click "Connect"
Wait for it to become green and then you will be able to view other branches.
Alternatively, you can restart the computer and that should connect the VPN.
