If INTEFTPOS is not available from the Payment area in AP21.
First locate the C on the bottom right corner near the clock and confirm if the C is yellow or green
If Green - Close all your AP21 windows and then wait 5 seconds, then re open AP21 and ensure your EFTPOS logons successfully. If success, INTEFTPOS will now appear.
If Yellow - Follow instructions below to resolve the issue.
Step 1. Unplug the EFTPOS power cable for 20 seconds and plug it back in, wait another 30 seconds to see if the C changes colour. Yellow --> Green
If it changes, Close all your AP21 windows and then wait 5 seconds, then re open AP21 and ensure your EFTPOS logons successfully. If success, INTEFTPOS will now appear.
If still yellow, continue to further steps below:
Step 2 - Remove EFTPOS from the cradle and then shut it down
Hold the following buttons
"Func + Clear" (yellow) buttons until it displays "Shutting down"
Once it is shutting down,
Step 3 - Unplug the power plug for the EFTPOS cradle for 1 min (Refer to image)
This will be underneath the counter, plugged into the power board.
Step 4 - Then plug it back in and then put back the EFTPOS back on the cradle.
Step 5 - Restart your computer
Once the computer restarts, login and wait 5mins for the EFTPOS to register.
Wait until the EFTPOS icon goes from yellow to a green C
Step 6 - Close AP21 again and wait 5 seconds before reopening it.
Step 7 - Ensure it logons successfully to the bank and it will be ready to use as INTEFTPOS.
