EFTPOS - Merchant Copy receipts

If your EFTPOS is not printing 2x copies (Merchant + Customer copy) follow steps below.

**Shutting down or changing from Stand alone to integrated can sometime disable.**

To enable Merchant receipt copies to be printed, follow the steps below.

**PLEASE REMOVE EFTPOS FROM THE CHARGING DOCK FIRST**

1. Press the "Func" key

2. Press the following numbers: 1, 5

3. Press the green button (ENTER)

4. To alway print merchant copy, press 2

5. Press the green button (ENTER) to confirm

Sometime it does ask if you want a customer copy, press green button to confirm.
