When transferring or receipting stock, you may receive a pop up error while you get a preview of the transfer docket.

How this ERROR occurs?

After you put all the stock transfer details and click on complete transfer, it displays a print preview.

When you move your mouse to click on “Close” or around that area, an error may appear. Refer to image below

How to avoid this error appearing?

Instead of clicking on “Close”, please click on the X on the top right corner as this will prevent the error appearing. This will print and complete your transfer.

What happens if the error appears?

Click on “OK” on the error pop up, you may need to click it a few times.

Once gone, click on the X on the top right and it will print your transfer docket.
