Printer not printing - Print job stuck

Sometimes the print job gets stuck in the queue and you aren't able to print new labels.

You will need to delete the jobs from the queue.

Sometimes this can be a pain and it doesn't delete.

I sometimes remove the printer and then shutdown the computer. I also turn off the printer for 5mins and turn it back on, remove the power cable works best.

Turn the PC and printer back and let it install.

Set the printer settings in Printing preferences.

Go to maintenance and click on "Calibrate" Prints 1-2 blank labels to calibrate the printer and should be ok to go.

Ask store to print a label and ensure it is working as expected.

Always set it as default printer.
